The Axpo AG’s grid covers the whole of northeast Switzerland including Aargau, Zurich, Thurgau, Schaffhausen, St. Gallen, Appenzell Inner Rhodes, Appenzell Outer Rhodes and Glarus cantons as well as the Schwyz, Zug and Grisons cantons. Axpo AG is a significant part of the rest of the 220 and 380 kV grid outside this area. Axpo AG’s grids are operated at the 16 kV, 50 kV, 110 kV, 220 kV and 380 kV voltage levels.
