Profile of a graduate

In summer 2008 I graduated with a BA in business administration at St. Gall university (HSG). My practical experience during this time also included working as an assistant in the real estate sector. Since renewable energies had already interested me in connection with the ongoing energy debate during my studies, I chose to write my dissertation on political measures for the promotion of solar energy. Joining the Axpo renewable energies division offered the possibility of deepening my knowledge in this area, and one of my reasons for doing so was Axpo’s positive image as a dependable and socially committed employer. In my position as assistant to the divisional manager, I prepare basic documentation and decision-making material, execute various projects and administer board secretarial services for Axpo subsidiaries. In addition, I am currently responsible for the division’s internal communication processes. The Axpo renewable energies division is a very dynamic and interesting workplace, with plenty of variety and a good team spirit.
