Remuneration of members of the board of directors and corporate management
Members of the board of directors receive fixed remuneration. The amount received by the President, the Vice President and the other board members is graded. In addition they are paid an attendance fee. The total amount of remuneration is determined by the board of directors.
Remuneration for corporate management consists of fixed and variable incomes such as pension provisions and benefits in kind. The variables are dependent upon the achievement of fixed financial goals and area-specific objectives.
